We will provide you with a trained personal transaction manager that can easily help you stay in contact with your valuable clients from pre-qualification to even after closing. Our transaction managers are licensed Realtors trained specifically to deal with out of state or out of area clients and connect those clients to a top local real estate agent.

If you have a lot of internet deals or deals that are not local for you, we can provide your client with a local contact point to help you gather necessary documents and procure a real estate contract quicker!

We will track, monitor, call, and provide support to any client anywhere in the United States at no monthly cost to you, just $125 Application & Setup fee to get started. We will send mailings and thank-you notes for you after the closing and make sure that you are the lender they use when it comes time to refinance or move. Why hire an assistant, when we will keep good relationships with your non-local clients for free? After a year we will contact you and negotiate a monthly fee based on our performance and your satisfaction.
