Each month we will tally up the number of closings you made and The marketing dollars you accumulate can be spent towards online marketing campaigns, keyword placement, lead programs, telemarketing, trigger leads, warm transfer, etc. We only require that you target your marketing efforts towards purchase leads, since we do not profit from a client refinancing. Remember, this is a co-branded agreement to market our company and your company together.

The profit that we make is in the form of referral fees from Realtors and Membership fees.
