We will help you manage any client that is doing a purchase mortgage loan anywhere in the United States. Please tell your client that you have partnered with Half Realty (as a third party) to make sure their needs are covered in every aspect of this real estate transaction. We will connect them with a TOP Realtor that will be loyal to you as a lender. We will remain in contact with you, the realtor, and the clients throughout the transaction- Giving the client as much assistance as the require to help them find a great property and walk them through the entire buying process. Using our network of top performing agents, you can be assured that we will work as quickly as possible to get a contract on a home.

Within 30 minutes of you referring a client to us, we will discuss the file with a local top Realtor. That Realtor will try to schedule an appointment to meet with the client in his office within 24 hours. A second appointment will be made to view property. Once an appropriate property is found, offers will be made concurrent with any items you need to have added to the contract (closing costs, etc.), Contracts are accepted, post-contract items will be scheduled, closing is completed, client will be added to a follow-up action plan. When the client calls about refinancing or moving, you will be the first to be notified.
